INFORMATION ON THE WAY WE USE PERSONAL DATA BY SOFPROECT - URBAN MASTERPLAN
In accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe from 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), which enters into force on 25.05.2018. We invite you to get acquainted with the way we treat personal data at SOFPROECT OGP.
WHAT DATA DO WE USE IN SOFPROECT OGP AND TO WHAT PURPOSE
email address: we collect the addresses of all, who have subscribed to the Vision Sofia 2050 newsletter or have participated in one of our surveys. We use the emails for subsequent communication, only when necessary.
demographic data: some of our surveys collect demographic data with the purpose of sociological profiling. Such data is for example age, living area, legal status, type of employment, etc. We need such data in order to get a clearer picture of the use and requirements towards the urban environment. We use the data in an aggregated manner and in no case for personal identification.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data you provide is processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (A) of the General Data Protection Regulation - explicit consent.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Unlimited, until the person affected requests otherwise.

Given that municipal enterprise "Sofiaplan" was established in accordance with the Law on Municipal Property and is a specialized unit of the Sofia Municipality, and not an independent legal entity, the administrator of the personal data that the enterprise collects, stores and processes is Sofia Municipality with its address of management and address for correspondence: 33 "Moskovska" St., Sofia, p.k.1000, phone numbers: 0700 17 310 and 02 9377 303 and website: www.sofia.bg. RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to access your personal information by requesting and receiving information about its processing. Providing access to the information for the processing of your personal data is free of charge. The information on the processed personal data is provided within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the request.
CORRECTING, DELETING AND LIMITING DATA PROCESSING
You have the right to correct your personal data in case of inaccuracy, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request the administrator to delete your personal data when any of the following reasons exist.
Personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed in cases where a legislative act does not require their temporary storage;
Upon withdrawal of consent in cases where a statutory act does not require their immediate storage;
You object to the processing of personal data relating to you and there is no legal basis for their processing;
Personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU or Member State Law that applies to the controller.
If you do not want your personal data to be processed (withdrawal of consent), you want to receive information about what personal data is processed for you or you want to correct the personal data you provide, you should submit a written application to the above mentioned address of the Municipal Enterprise Sofproect - Urban Masterplan or email ogp@sofiaplan.bg, in the latter case it is sufficient to send the request from the email you registered with the Vision Sofia 2050 website, or at an event that we have organised.
REGISTER A COMPLAINT
If you have objections to the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint with the data controller or a complaint to the Data Protection Commission, which is a supervisory authority within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. YOUR RIGHT TO DISCLAIM DATA
You are not required to provide your personal data and you can request their deletion at any time. If you wish to have them deleted from the SOFPROECT OGP database, this can have the following consequences:
• you will not be able to subscribe to our newsletter;
• you will not be able to participate in surveys and inquiries by SOFPROECT OGP, the answers of which will be used in a summarised form for the purpose of urban planning
PRINCIPLES FOR COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE
When processing, collecting and storing personal data, the Sofproect - Urban Masterplan Municipal Enterprise is guided by the following principles:
Legality, integrity and transparency;
Relevant to the purposes of processing and minimizing the data collected;
Restriction of processing purposes;
Accuracy and timeliness of data;
Limiting the period of storage of personal data documents;
Integrity and confidentiality of the processing and guaranteeing an appropriate level of security of personal data
OTHERS
Sofproect Urban Masterplan does not collect or process personal information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union or political party membership, or the processing of genetic and biometric data, sexuality data, or the sexual orientation of individuals.
